Uday Vidya offers subscription based services for schools and institutions. By purchasing a plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as per the selected package.

  • All payments must be made in advance

  • Taxes will be applied as per applicable Indian laws

2. Cancellation Policy

  • Schools or users may cancel their subscription at any time
  • Cancellation will stop auto renewal for the next billing cycle
  • Access to the platform will continue until the end of the current subscription period
  • No partial cancellation is allowed during an active billing cycle

3. Refund Policy

  • All payments made to Uday Vidya are generally non refundable
  • Refunds will not be provided for unused services or partial usage
  • In case of duplicate payment or technical billing errors, eligible refunds may be processed after verification
  • Any approved refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days

4. Trial and Demo

If a free trial or demo is offered, users are encouraged to evaluate the platform before purchasing a subscription. No refunds will be provided once a paid plan is activated.

5. Service Issues

If you experience any technical issues or service disruptions, please contact our support team. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue promptly. Refunds based on service dissatisfaction are not guaranteed and will be reviewed on a case by case basis.

6. Termination by Uday Vidya

Uday Vidya reserves the right to suspend or terminate services in case of violation of terms or misuse of the platform. In such cases, no refund will be provided.
